It's sad to hear many stories of exiting BKs, or ex BKs feeling depressed or going through huge emotional swings. I feel that one of the lessons I learnt from Raja Yoga, is about controlling my moods, remaining stable, if not always super happy, at least, decently cheerful.

There is also an issue of temperament. In the same family some siblings are even tempered, others more mercurial. Of course everyone can improve how she regulates herself.

thank God we have this space and keep it alive!!
