[Tech] "Watch this topic" service emails

Dear Admin,

I just wanted to bring to your notice that in the last one month I haven't been getting the automated mails regularly for any threads I am watching. And in considerable number of cases mails did not come at all.

Does other members on this forum experience this technical snag?

Hi worldpeace, Do not use this facility much however whenever I have done so the mail alerts have been coming through. Hope you have this glitch resolved soon.

It happens to me on and off. Otherwise the software here is very good. Some of the best I have seen. I used to alert the admin to the problem but it happens so often that now I have another strategy. I just look at the threads regularly. I sometimes miss out but the problem seems to just come and go and always has. I apologise to anyone who may think I am ignoring their replies to me. Not so. It will be just because of the glitch worldpeace details above. If you think I need something to remind me it may be that I did not get an automated reminder. Please send me a personal message in that case.
