703) = 679)After Independence from British, the need of the country was to settle all the people of different religions, sects, including the Princely States, etc. and bring all the citizens according to the Indian Constitution. But, the then Congress Govt. did appeasement politics.
704)= 680)The Places of Act- 1991 may look as if it is neutral and correct for a secular country.
---But, from history, we can see lots of religious places mainly Hindu temples (and few of Sikh, Jain, etc.) have been converted into mosques by the invaders, but not vice-versa. Hence it is biased. This is clearly evident from the draconian laws that came in 1995 Waqf Act which is mentioned in Post No. 150.
---So- even though some may claim- the act was/is necessary to maintain peace in the country (to prevent social unrest that may arise by any community keeps on claiming for its lost place)- it becomes invalid. Because it is as good as saying "we should not punish crimes/criminals as they may cause unrest in society". But, the Govt. stepped ahead and acted as if - it gave extra power to crimes by the draconian law said above.
706) = 682)OK, if that is not possible, at least 50:50 logic should have used/permitted. That is- at least 50% of the destroyed religious places should have been permitted to be restored, is it not?705)= 681)Kindly note that- their own religious scripture Quran does not support building mosques by destroying other religious places of worship. So- the Govt. had clear and easy way to explain to the people and settle the issue at least to a great extent.

"Islam does not allow destruction of places of worship, but rather it guarantees the protection of churches, temples and other houses of worship belonging to non-Muslims both within and outside Islamic lands. The beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) granted a constitutional status this protection through his commands, contracts, agreements and accords. The religious rights and freedoms granted by the Prophet to the people of Najran are notable and a solid proof in this regard". ...
708) = 684) And- we all know that India- a Hindu majority country witnessed genocide of Hindu pandits in Kashmir in 1990 and they became refugees in their own country. So a question arises- from where the minorities get so much courage to commit such atrocities?707) = 683) Moreover, many Hindu temples have been attacked even after 1947, especially in Kashmir. But, the Government did not show any interest to implement the above act "POWA- 1991". So- this also shows or questions whether the Government's intention in bringing the act neutral or biased.

"The following is based on a report published in Nav Bharat Times (Feb. 18, 93) New Delhi, the Hindi Daily of the Times of India Group of papers.

The report carries the names of the temples, their addresses, the mode of attack, date and the extent of damage done. The following is the list of the temples hit by communal violence in J&K on the basis of Home Ministry Report...."
Does not this imply- Hindus have become weak and false Gita had a major role in this? Readers are free to think and judge to their capacity/perception.
[But- Murli point:- "Chup rahnaa sabsey badaa gunn hai = To remain quiet is the highest virtue". So- the highest sacrifice/tolerance shown by the Hindu community when compared to other religions whether knowingly or unknowingly is clearly seen here. So- even in the weaknesses mentioned above, it still keeps Hindus at top when virtue/nonviolence is given the priority. More about this will be explained later].
