# Post No. 01:-BASIC SEVEN DAYS Raja Yoga COURSE:-

1)It will be assumed that the basic seven days Raja Yoga course taught in BKWSU is known for the readers at this point. In short-

-knowledge of soul. Soul is Avyakt vastu( subtle object), divine point of light and might.
--Soul is embodiment of knowledge, peace, power, bliss, love, etc.

-knowledge of Supreme Soul.
-knowledge of Three Worlds (Unlimited Geography)
-knowledge of Time Cycle (Unlimited History)

-knowledge of Trimurti.
